Mincon Group plc, the Irish engineering group specialising in the design, manufacture, sale and servicing of rock drilling tools and associated products, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Pacific Bit of Canada Inc.
Pacific Bit of Canada Inc. is a distribution company based in Surrey, B.C. A long established and very successful business, Pacific Bit mainly distributes mining and construction products in the Western Canada region. Over the years, Pacific Bit has built an enviable reputation within both the mining and construction sectors through the delivery of world-class drilling solutions backed up by industry leading service and support.
The Pacific Bit team will remain in place to develop the business with the North American team of Mincon, building revenue and distribution in the coming years.
