This marks the seventh time in eight years that PCL has made the prestigious list. This award is based on what PCL offers its employees in regard to eight criteria, including work environment, culture and benefits. This is scored against other companies in comparable industries.

Canada’s Top 100 Employers is an annual competition that recognizes Canada’s best places to work. Of the 13,000 employers invited to apply to the competition, only 100 are chosen; they are highlighted as offering outstanding workplaces where employees have exceptional opportunities to advance.
The submissions for Canada’s Top 100 Employers are reviewed by an academic advisory board consisting of distinguished members who have either written or edited a major human resources textbook in Canada.
