Fraste Foundation Series exhibiting at IFCEE 2018
At IFCEE 2018, the Fraste booth will show the Fraste
Foundation MITO drilling rigs series that includes a wide
range of drilling rigs dedicated to foundation work such as
micro-piles, tieback anchors, jet grouting, soil nailing and all
consolidation work. Fraste offers different models of hydrau-lic
multipurpose drilling rigs, able to perform all types of
small and medium ground engineering drilling work.
MITO models can operate with all known drilling
techniques and methods, thanks to their extreme versa-tility
and the various configurations that can be chosen by
the customer.
All Fraste drilling rigs are equipped with advanced hydrau-lic
circuits and innovative solutions, which allow mounting
and use of a wide range of rotary heads, hydraulic drifters,
double rotary systems, water and mud pumps and are able to
perform any type of rotary and rotopercussion drilling.
The Fraste Foundation fleet includes models from four
tonnes up to 28 tonnes. Hydraulic drilling rigs with a separate
power pack are also available and are specifically designed
for the execution of ground engineering work in confined
or low overhead spaces inside buildings, basements and
small tunnels.
Larger hydraulic drilling rigs are also available and per-form
with a torque up to 3,400 kgm or a rotary stroke up to
10.5 m that can be employed for jet grouting treatment up
to 23 m in a single pass. All MITO series units are radio con-trolled
for safe operation on job sites and high productivity.
All Fraste drilling rigs are equipped with safety devices to
always guarantee the safest working conditions for operators
and other personnel. In addition, the radio-controlled system
provides a safety loading and unloading operation from the
truck, giving the operator a complete overview of the work-ing
and loading areas.
